Delivery & Returns


Normally we will ship your order at NEXT working day or two of payment receipt except Friday order can be shiped next Monday or Tuesday.

To process your order quickly and correctly, please provide us your full delivery address including post code/zip code, county/province name. Please also remember to leave your contact number and email address.

* All items are sent out with the chosen postal service on the next or two working days of payment receipt. Delivery is not possible on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. All prices include package and postage charges.

* After your order has shipped: The delivery address may not be changed

* Some items are not available for specials/next day delivery, they are specified in the products description

Why have the orders delayed/lost?

Always make sure you provide the correct delivery address. Orders with DPD Special Delivery (Next Day) always arrive on time. In experience however there are very rare situation that it delays. We are not responsible for orders that have been delayed by the carrier over which we have no control. Please place your order earlier to avoid delay. If after 15 working days (25 working days for overseas parcels) of dispatch you still have not received the item please Contact Us and we will track the item and send the replacement or refund you if lost.

Different Delivery and Billing address?

It is highly recommended that your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Delivery will be subjected to fraud risk assessment and the order could be sent to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated high.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Choosing a shipping method

You can simply choose the options available during your check-out. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the checkout page once the delivery destination is confirmed. Please tell us any of your posting enquiry by adding your own message in the message window while you proceed with your order.


Free Delivery Policy

Free UK shipping is available on products marked with the ‘FREE UK DELIVERY ITEM’ logo. You still need to pay for the postage for other non-free shipping items in your shopping cart if there is any. If the value amount of free delivery items in your cart is same as, or more than other items, the whole order will be shipping free.

Free delivery service only applies to UK shipping address. It will be delivered by our standard shipping service and it takes 2-5 working days upon dispatch. The free delivery service will appear on the delivery information page during your checkout process when it is applicable.


1. Please contact us by e-mail at: info@sleeklook.co.uk before sending  any goods back to us.

2. You can return any items within 7 working days from the date you received them. In case of any returns, always make sure that the returned items are unopened and unused, please make sure they are well packed and you have included the original invoice while returning them. We do not accept any returns without the original invoice or if they are used or opened.

3. Used items cannot be accepted because of hygiene reasons. 

4. The returning address is the address given to you after you contact us about your returns by e-mails.  In case you cannot get in touch with us within 7 days, please return the goods to SLEEK manufacturer's following address, and please enclose a note on the invoice paper to tell us the reason why you are sending the items back and what products do you want as a replacement.

5. Refunds: In case of any refund, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. We will process your refund as soon as receiving your returned items, and all refunds take 2 to 3 working days from the date when the refund request is posted.

6. Delivery costs are not refundable.

7. If a refund is for any damaged or lost parcel, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us their feedback of investigation.

8. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer’s warranty, the refund will not take place before getting a feedback from the manufacturer.
