Return and Refund


1. Please contact us by e-mail at: info@sleeklook.co.uk before sending  any goods back to us.

2. You can return any unused items within 7 working days from the date you received them. In case of any returns, please make sure that the returned items are unopened and still in their original package,  and you have included the original invoice while returning them. We do not accept any returns without the original invoice or if they are used or opened.

3. Used items cannot be accepted because of hygiene reasons. 

4. Sleeklook will not be responsible for any returning postage.

5. In case of any refund, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. We will process your refund as soon as receiving your returned items. Please allow 14 days for you to receive the refund.

6. Delivery costs are not refundable.

7. If a refund is for any damaged or lost parcel, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us their feedback of investigation.

8. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer’s warranty, the refund will not take place before getting a feedback from the manufacturer.
